WHEN TO CALL THE AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY LINE:
No air conditioning (inside of the home must exceed a temperature of 80 degrees).
No Heat (inside of the home must be at 50 degrees or below).
Water Issues - overflowing or flooding (please turn off water prior to calling).
Fire- VACATE THE BUILDING AND CALL 911.
Refrigerator/freezer - not cooling/freezing.
Toilet clogged after attempting to plunge - if only one toilet in your home.

You are locked out of your apartment or building (you MUST contact the locksmith. Click here for contact info. Residents are responsible for 100% of the fee.)
Should you call the maintenance emergency line for a non-emergency issue, you may incur a $100 fine per management discretion.

Our team performs lock out services free of charge DURING BUSINESS HOURS!
If you find yourself locked out AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, you will need to contact a locksmith! If our team is contacted after hours, there will be a $50 fee posted to your account.

Bugs
Lets talk bugs! Are you having issues with ants, spiders, wasps, etc.? We offer Orkin Pest Control services once a month. If you are still having issues, please see the list below of Natural At-Home Remedies using Essential Oils:
Ants- Black pepper, cinnamon, citrus, clove, peppermint, spearmint, and tea tree OR Terro Ant Bait
Wasps- Black pepper, cinnamon, clove, geranium, lemongrass, and peppermint.
Spiders- Cedarwood, cinnamon, citronella, cloves, lavender, lemon, orange, peppermint, and spearmint.

What Are Quarterly Inspections?
Quarterly inspections are completed 4 times annually; They are to ensure that everything is functioning correctly and you are able to enjoy your home to the fullest.
During these inspections, our team is in your home for approximately 5 minutes.
All pets must be secured during these inspections.
Maintenance is here to make your stay with us as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
